Why should ANYONE buy your product or service?

These are NOT the best reasons why.

  1. Because they have to.
  2. You think you have the best product or service on the market.
  3. Forbes magazine thinks you have the best product or service on the market.
  4. Your Net Promoter Score is better than Apple’s.
  5. Your engineers are all from Ivy League schools.
  6. You have been in business long enough.
  7. The wall of your office is covered with  hallowed credentials.
  8. Your balance sheet has never looked better (or worse.)

On the other hand ..

  1. Because you know their pain-point.
  2. They trust you to remove it.

Those are the only good reasons why.
